Make sure your food is piping hot before serving. This can be heated in a microwave or on the hob.
Each meal is made with fresh ingredients and is designed to be eaten on the same day. If you do not eat this on the Monday, make sure you store it in the fridge and eat within 3 days.
When there is fresh fruit in your food bags, please wash it before eating it. We are stating to get a lot of lovely homegrown fruit so it does need washing before eating.
