Cooking Instructions

Make sure the food is piping hot before serving.


Each meal is made with fresh ingredients and is designed to be eaten on the same day. If you do not eat this on the Monday, make sure you store it in the fridge and eat within 3 days.


When there is fresh fruit in your food bags, please wash it before eating it.
